I’m not sure if my headcannon for the Tanker Incident is that Otacon was out on a boat tearing his hair out and panicking before fishing an unconsious Snake out of the water and having to give him mouth to mouth…
Or if he waited on shore for hours not sure what to do until a slightly concussed soaking wet Snake wanders up to him and says “Kept you waiting, huh?”
#both incidences probably ended in one getting punched #also a hug #in that order
Do you guys remember that time in MGS1/Twin Snakes where Otacon is talking to Snake about the heat sensitive key cards and how he has to warm/cool the key in order for it to change shape
and Snake asks where he’s supposed to go to cool down the card later
and in the sassiest voice ever Otacon is just like “Snake we are in motherfucking Alaska go the hell outside you dumb piece of shit”
